Clinics report breakthroughs each month. A breakthrough can be defined as any change in process, policy, or practice that had positive results at the clinic. Typically, breakthroughs are lessons learned from facing issues or problems at the clinic. Breakthroughs do not have to be large in scope; in fact, some seemingly small breakthroughs can have the largest impact on clinic practice and culture.
